Archbold man sentenced in Fulton Co. Common Pleas Court on rape charge.

An Archbold man was sentenced to a long prison term in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on a rape charge. 47 year old Michael Cowgill, was given a 10- to 15-year term by Judge Scott Haselman on the first-degree felony. He also was classified as a Tier III sexual offender – requiring that he notify authorities of his address every 90 days following his release.
