Every three years, Williams County Health Department takes a closer look at the health and well-being of its residents through a comprehensive Community Health Assessment. The project is a joint effort of the Williams County Health Department, Defiance College and a wide range of local partners. The 2025 assessment survey is now available online at www.williamscountyhealth.org and is open to all Williams County residents age 19 and older.
