BRYAN MAN TO BE IMPRISONED FOR INTIMIDATION

A man pre­vi­ously con­victed of wit­ness intim­i­da­tion is now headed to jail.

Andrew Kendall of Bryan could have been sent to prison for 11 years on another charge of felony assault with a deadly weapon, but he was found not guilty of that charge in March.

A jury found Kendall guilty of first-degree mis­de­meanor intim­i­da­tion. He was sen­tenced to six months at the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio and will get credit for 83 days already served. Upon release, Kendall will be on com­mu­nity con­trol for two years. He also must pay court costs.
