A man previously convicted of witness intimidation is now headed to jail.
Andrew Kendall of Bryan could have been sent to prison for 11 years on another charge of felony assault with a deadly weapon, but he was found not guilty of that charge in March.
A jury found Kendall guilty of first-degree misdemeanor intimidation. He was sentenced to six months at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and will get credit for 83 days already served. Upon release, Kendall will be on community control for two years. He also must pay court costs.
