Waterville man facing allegations he strangled woman to death at nursing home.

A Waterville man is facing accusations that he strangled a woman to death this week at a nursing home.  According to investigators, 63-year-old Roscoe Gilmore Junior used a towel to kill the victim at Heritage of Waterville on Anthony Wayne Trail.  Gilmore and the victim were both living in the facility.  He has now been charged with murder.
