Henry County Actions

In Henry County, a war­rant has been issued for a Napoleon man’s arrest.

25 year old Angel Cranston of Napoleon plead guilty to a felony charge of theft, but he never showed-up for his sen­tenc­ing. If you have any infor­ma­tion about his where­abouts, con­tact police or the Henry County Sheriff’s office.

Other Henry County court actions include the guilty plea of 56 year old David Ward of Napoleon to hav­ing weapons under dis­abil­ity, and the guilty plea of 37 year old Jef­fery Keehn of McClure to charges of break­ing and enter­ing. Keehn will spend the next 120 days in jail for that.

Also, 43 year old Jef­fery Tay­lor of Lib­erty Cen­ter plead guilty to pos­ses­sion of cocaine.

He’s be behind bars at CCNO for 30 days and lose his license for six months.

Finally,36 year old Den­nis Bai­ley of McClure plead guilty in Henry County Court to Break­ing and Enter­ing. He faces sen­tenc­ing fol­low­ing the com­ple­tion of a pre-sentence investigation.
