The preliminary pretrial for a Bryan man who was charged with hit-and-run involving an Amish buggy was rescheduled. A grand jury indicted Michael D. Quillen on three charges for failing to stop after an accident and one count driving under suspension. Quillen is also accused of tampering with evidence and cocaine possession. The date of his initial hearing in Williams County Common Pleas Court was moved from last Thursday to February 19th. Charges of failure to stop are related to an incident that occurred on November 12 on eastbound County Road G close to County Road 10.
