Purchase of kit to construct pavilion at Bryan’s Lincoln Park approved by Bryan city council.

The purchase of a kit to construct a pavilion at Bryan’s Lincoln Park was approved by Bryan city council on Monday night. It was determined that using a state purchasing method was more cost-effective than putting the job out to bid. The anticipated cost is $83,135. The park area surrounding the pavilion will also have more security cameras installed. Eight to ten picnic tables are anticipated to fit inside the 24-by-40-foot pavilion.
