Armeton, a firm that specializes in precision concrete counterweights used in home appliances worldwide, is investing $5 million to rebuild an 81,000-square-foot factory. The business moved its operations from Norwalk to this location. In the upcoming months, the project will increase the company’s local workforce to over 40 workers while keeping existing positions.
