Historic black cemetery in Highland Township honored with state historical marker dedication.

Worthington Cemetery, a historic black cemetery on Bowman Road in Highland Township, was honored with a state historical marker dedication on Friday morning.  At the location, a two-sided sign detailing the history of the once-lost cemetery was erected, and speakers from several organizations engaged in the cemetery’s preservation efforts were invited to speak.
