36-year-old Leroy Titus III was pulled over after an officer noticed he had plates which expired last December.

Titus told the officer that the vehicle was not his and he did not have a license.

A quick check, and a few moments later, Titus was booked on a Class C felony for Operating a Vehicle After A Lifetime Suspension as well as on a felony fugitive warrant out of DeKalb County.

Titus was locked up with bond set at $25,000 with ten percent allowed.
