A Napoleon man has been bound over on felony charges of Bur­glary and Obstruct­ing Offi­cial Busi­ness. 31 year old Alvin Gerken of Napoleon waived his pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing on Thurs­day on both counts. He remains held on GPS house arrest.

And a pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing for Chad Pultz of Lib­erty Cen­ter was con­tin­ued last week until this after­noon. Pultz faces a felony charge of Rape.

From Napoleon Munic­i­pal Court, a woman from Hol­land, Michi­gan, San­dra Pala­cios, was found guilty on Thurs­day to two counts of theft.

Dis­po­si­tion of her case, with sen­tenc­ing, is pending.
