ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS PLANNED

The state is expected to invest $2.3 bil­lion in Ohio’s trans­porta­tion sys­tem this year, includ­ing 100 projects to improve inter­states, six new mega projects, that is, projects cost­ing more than $50 mil­lion, and 780 projects focused on state and U.S. routes.

In North­west Ohio, the state will invest over $170 mil­lion, over 70 projects, in the trans­porta­tion sys­tem of Williams, Henry, Ful­ton, Lucas, Ottawa, San­dusky, Seneca, and Wood Counties.
