Paulding Paging System Planned

In Pauld­ing County, lead­ers were updated on a county-wide pag­ing sys­tem that is planned for first respon­ders.

Sev­eral rep­re­sen­ta­tives from the Pauld­ing County Sheriff’s Office told com­mis­sion­ers that they have been test­ing the sys­tem to make sure there are no dead spots. They also said that they are work­ing closely with ERS of Lima to make sure the tower at the fair grounds is prop­erty installed. Dur­ing their pre­sen­ta­tion, the sheriff’s reps empha­sized to county com­mis­sion­ers, the need for hav­ing an off site dis­patch.

As the work con­tin­ues, they will be updat­ing county lead­ers and keep­ing them in the loop until it’s completed.
