BRYAN POLICE ARREST WISCONSIN MAN

Bryan Police on Thurs­day arrested 28 year old Cecil C. Web­ster of She­boy­gan, Wis­con­sin on a Felony war­rant out of She­boy­gan Cir­cuit County Court for fail­ing to appear. The orig­i­nal charges were Dis­or­derly Con­duct, Intim­i­da­tion of a wit­ness and Domes­tic Abuse. Web­ster was taken to CCNO where he will await extradtion.
