Henry County Commissioners Talk About Enterprise Zone

In Henry County, the com­mis­sion­ers are talk­ing about enter­prise zone agree­ments and Tax Incen­tive Review Coun­cil rec­om­men­da­tions. Last week, the com­mis­sion­ers met and dis­cussed the future of enter­prise zone agree­ments. They also reviewed and approved a writ­ten Henry County Com­mu­nity Improve­ment Cor­po­ra­tion agree­ment to work col­lab­o­ra­tively on behalf of Henry County’s eco­nomic devel­op­ment mat­ters. At last weeks meet­ing, Henry County com­mis­sion­ers also approved work­ers’ com­pen­sa­tion pre­mium charge backs to county depart­ments, with a total pre­mium of $158,877, approved a con­tract for Help Me Grow Ser­vices between Henry County Job and Fam­ily Ser­vices and the Henry County Health Depart­ment from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016, and approved a Henry County Job and Fam­ily Ser­vices sub­grant agree­ment with the Ohio Depart­ment of Job and Fam­ily Ser­vices for fund­ing for the July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2017.
