Drugs Becoming Major Problem In Fulton County

More evi­dence that drugs are becom­ing a major prob­lem in our area… Two peo­ple from Alvord­ton were indicted by a Ful­ton County grand jury this week on drug related charges. 37 year old William Mohr is charged with eight counts of ille­gal assem­bly or pos­ses­sion of chem­i­cals for man­u­fac­ture of drugs, each a third-degree felony, and one count of attempted theft, a second-degree mis­de­meanor. Accord­ing to pros­e­cu­tors, it was some­time between June 20, 2014 and April 29th of this year, that Mohr pos­sessed one or more chem­i­cals used to man­u­fac­ture metham­phet­a­mine with the intent to man­u­fac­ture the drug. He also allegedly attempted to steal another person’s prop­erty by decep­tion accord­ing to infor­ma­tion pro­vided by the Ful­ton County Pros­e­cu­tors Office. 40 year old Kelly Tim­mons was indicted on three counts of ille­gal assem­bly or pos­ses­sion of chem­i­cals for man­u­fac­ture of drugs, a third-degree felony. Pros­e­cu­tors say that between March 7 and April 19th of this year, Tim­mons pos­sessed one or more chem­i­cals used to man­u­fac­ture metham­phet­a­mine with the intent to man­u­fac­ture the drug.
