More evidence that drugs are becoming a major problem in our area… Two people from Alvordton were indicted by a Fulton County grand jury this week on drug related charges. 37 year old William Mohr is charged with eight counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs, each a third-degree felony, and one count of attempted theft, a second-degree misdemeanor. According to prosecutors, it was sometime between June 20, 2014 and April 29th of this year, that Mohr possessed one or more chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine with the intent to manufacture the drug. He also allegedly attempted to steal another person’s property by deception according to information provided by the Fulton County Prosecutors Office. 40 year old Kelly Timmons was indicted on three counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony. Prosecutors say that between March 7 and April 19th of this year, Timmons possessed one or more chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine with the intent to manufacture the drug.
