Steuben Sentencing

A man from Jonesville, Michi­gan will have to do 180 days of an 18 month sen­tence after enter­ing a guilty plea to a felony charge of intim­i­da­tion on Mon­day in Steuben Supe­rior Court. Terry Dendy was accused of threat­en­ing to kill employ­ees of a local com­pany in a pay dis­pute in April of 2014. Dendy, on Mon­day, was given credit for 85 days already, plus another 85 days for good behav­ior. He was also placed on pro­ba­tion for one year.
