First Ever Same Sex Marriage In Williams County Performed In Bryan

History was made this past week as two Montpelier women became the first same-sex couple to be legally married in Williams County. April and Keeley Robarge, who are 23 and 28 years old, and have spent the last three years together, are now starting a new chapter of their life together. The two had already been planning to wed in Indiana, but when the landmark US Supreme Court ruling was handed down on June 26th, they decided to hold the ceremony in Bryan instead. The Bryan Times reports that the couple’s wedding was the first gay marriage in the county.
