Dozens of people were rounded up in northwest Ohio last week, including many in Williams, Defiance and Fulton counties as yet another drug roundup was undertaken by area law enforcement officials. Williams County Sheriff Steve Towns told the media that the roundup was the result of six-month long undercover investigation conducted by the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force. In all, 26 people were indicted by a Williams County grand jury on 63 drug-related charges. Also during the roundup, deputies found a meth lab at a home on Emmett Street in Bryan. Agents dismantled and neutralized the lab while the Bryan Police and Bryan Fire Department stood by. 21 year old Christa Davis and 21 year old Slade Cupp, the residents of that home, were also arrested.
