Checkpoints Catch Drunk Drivers

The Ohio State High­way Patrol, along with the Bryan Police Depart­ment and the Williams County Sher­iffs Depart­ment, con­ducted a multi agency OVI check­point Sat­ur­day night from 9pm til mid­night on US 127 just south of the State Route 15 split at the north edge of Bryan. A total of 398 vehi­cles passed thru the check­point. 1 per­son was arrested for OVI after he drove thru the check­point with­out stop­ping and hit another vehi­cle. Troop­ers work­ing sat­u­ra­tion patrols in the area also arrested another dri­ver for OVI.
