Time Warner internet services were down in all of Ohio, Kentucky, most of Indiana, New York City, a big part of Wisconsin, San Francisco, LA and east Texas last night. Some media sources cite a Time Warner Cable spokesperson who said all services were restored about 10 p.m. after a two hour outage. The cause is unknown.
