OSP trooper on leave after killing Celina man

The Ohio State Patrol trooper who shot and killed a Celina man Sun­day has been placed on leave. The man killed, 22 year old Justin Henry, is said to have pointed a gun at Trooper Bran­don Chaney and ordered him out of his cruiser. Henry had what they are call­ing “run-in’s” with troop­ers in the past. He was charged with OVI by the patrol in Sep­tem­ber last year, and had sev­eral other arrests for assault, under­age alco­hol and speeding.
