The Ohio State Patrol trooper who shot and killed a Celina man Sunday has been placed on leave. The man killed, 22 year old Justin Henry, is said to have pointed a gun at Trooper Brandon Chaney and ordered him out of his cruiser. Henry had what they are calling “run-in’s” with troopers in the past. He was charged with OVI by the patrol in September last year, and had several other arrests for assault, underage alcohol and speeding.
