Central Local Schools wants new school

The Cen­tral Local School Board wants to build a new school for their six through 12 graders. They announced their deci­sion to ask vot­ers in March to approve a .25 per­cent tra­di­tional income tax for 23 years, and a 2.13 mill prop­erty tax bond for 37 years. The board is hop­ing to make more room for all-day, every-day kinder­garten, and keep­ing exist­ing areas includ­ing the cafe­te­ria, gym and edu­ca­tional areas. The board will talk about the new plans Thurs­day night at the school at 5:30 p.m.
