NSCC rejects report on new employee contracts

The North­west State Com­mu­nity Col­lege Board of Trustees has voted to reject the rec­om­men­da­tions of the State Employ­ment Rela­tions Board regard­ing a pos­si­ble new three-year staff con­tract. The board chair, Sue Derck, said they were dis­ap­pointed in the fact-finders report, say­ing that they didn’t take into con­sid­er­a­tion changed to health care over the last six years.
