A Little Land Transaction On Tap

City officials say Bryan City Schools is set to auction off a piece of property in September. It’s just over a quarter acre of land, directly across from the stone Garver Park sign, between two homes on South Portland Street. The small plot of land will be up for grabs, as the district continues to put the finishing touches on its multi-year transition from older facilities and their campuses. A public auction for the property will held at the district’s field house on Fountain Grove Drive on Sept. 28.
