A Long Long Car Chase

A chase involving multiple police departments in two counties ends with three people in the hospital. Police were in pursuit of a pickup truck, believing the driver to be suicidal and under the influence. Officers chased the truck through Bryan, Blakeslee, West Unity and Montpelier…where the suspect ran a red light on East Main Street, hitting another vehicle at an intersection. Several people were hospitalized with minor injuries. The driver of the pickup was flown to Parkview. No word on his condition.
