Bryan Police say earlier this week, a woman who went into the Tri State Swap Shop on West High Street with two air conditioners, was arrested after the employee there became suspicious and called them. Turns out, the air conditioners had been stolen from Wal-Mart. 26 year old Sally Schang of Kunkle, is now charged with receiving stolen property. She was released
on her own recognizance. But it didn’t end there. A little more than two hours later, police arrested another person in connection with the air conditioner thefts. 31 year old Donald Pursel III of Bryan is now charged
with two counts of theft. He too was also released on his own recognizance.
