Accident Near Hamilton

An accident leaves a car partially submerged in water about a foot and a half deep on State Road 1 and Lane 150 near Hamilton. Two occupants, a woman and a small child, were able to get out of their vehicle without injury, thanks to help from someone passing by. Driver error is suspected.
