Ag Outfit Posts Numbers

The Andersons reports second-quarter profits of $30.4 million dollars. The Maumee based company tallies a profit of 92 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, comes to 88 cents per. The agriculture company posted revenue of $1.89 billion dollars in the period. Andersons shares have decreased 40% since the beginning of the year. At the close of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $15.29, a drop of 38% in the last 12 months.
