AG’s office sues Williams County home improvement contractor

A Williams County home improvement company is being sued by the Ohio Attorney General’s office. Ever Clean LLC and its owner, Thadius Wind, are accused of taking money for work it failed to perform as promised. The AG’s office says Ever Clean performed incomplete gutter installation and shoddy work. Eight customers filed complaints with the AG’s office, totalling more than $18,000 dollars in damages. Dewine’s office is asking the court for the customer’s money back, along with civil penalties and make them stop violating the law.
