One man was arrested Saturday after a crash near the Ohio-Indiana border.
It happened just before 10:30 Saturday night on Steuben County Road 1000 E at the intersection of Williams County Road L.
Police say 30 year old Logan Norton of Pleasant Lake, Ind., was traveling west on County Road L in Williams County when he ran a stop sign, went off the road, hit an embankment and a fence, and then ended up a field.
A passenger, 34 year old Nathan Norton, also of Pleasant Lake, broke a hip and received facial injuries in the crash.
Logan refused medical treatment at the scene and was taken to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation and later charged with driving while intoxicated.
