The Northwest Ohio Juvenile Detention, Training and Rehabilitation Center gets a grant to help finance upgrades to the facility in Stryker, but member counties are also being asked for an additional payment. During the Four County Joint Board of Commissioners of Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams Counties meeting, Fulton County officials say the facility has received a $664,000 dollar grant from the Department of Youth Services.
