The Dekalb County Sheriffs Department says an Angola man was arrested after crashing his SUV into a utility pole late Monday night around 11:30 p.m. 27-year-old Adam Fell was northbound on CR 61 when he ran off the road and slammed into a utility pole. A passenger, 35-year-old Daniel Anway of Garrett was transported to Parkview Regional Medical Center with chest pains. Fell was arrested and charged with OVI.
