Another arrest made in a gun theft case

A third arrest was made early Monday morning in connection with a theft of a gun from an eastside business on May 4. 34 year old Zachary Kolbe of Bryan, was arrested in Williams County and charged with the theft of a firearm. He has already made his first appearance in Defiance Municipal Court. Kolbe was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and is also facing a charge of criminal trespassing in Bryan Municipal Court along with a contempt of court in the Fulton County Western District Court. The Defiance charge stems from the theft of a gun from Pack Rats Pawn Shop on E. Second St. Defiance area law enforcement subsequently pursued four people that afternoon following the incident.
