ANOTHER SUIT FILED AGAINST HENRY COMMISSIONERS

A Napoleon busi­ness­man has now filed a sec­ond law­suit in Defi­ance County Court against Henry County com­mis­sion­ers and oth­ers.

Dou­glas Pelmear and his com­pany, HP2G, LLC, in Napoleon, is seek­ing judg­ment against Henry County’s three com­mis­sion­ers and oth­ers.

The suit is sim­i­lar to one filed ear­lier this month in com­mon pleas court by Pelmear and his busi­ness.

Like that suit, the new one con­cerns a $50,000 Henry County revolv­ing loan for Pelmear’s com­pany in 2009.
