Archbold man indicted earlier this year on sex charges reindicted in Fulton County.

An Archbold man who was indicted earlier this year on sex charges including rape, assault and abduction in Fulton County has been reindicted by a grand jury with a specification alleging he is a sexually violent predator. According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, 27 year old Rafeal E. Vasquez II was indicted on two counts of rape, two counts of strangulation, one count of felonious assault, one count of abduction, one count of menacing by stalking, and two counts of assault, both first-degree misdemeanors.
