A Defiance teenager is hurt in an ATV crash near Oakwood. Carissa Talikka was flown to Mercy St. Vincent’s in Toledo in serious condition. Investigators say Talikka was riding on Paulding County Road 166, approaching County Road 209, when she went into a ditch. State and local officials are looking into the crash.
