A Defiance man charged with setting a number of fires in Defiance has entered pleas in Defiance County Common Pleas Court.
42 year old Rodney Zimmerman of Holgate Ave., pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated arson, each a second-degree felony; and two counts of arson, each a fourth-degree felony.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his sentencing was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 12.
Zimmerman faces a maximum prison term of 19 years.
