Ault Says No

Paulding is once again looking for a new leader. In June, the council voted to hire E. Thomas Ault as the new village administrator. He was to start July 23. Mayor Greg Reinhart informed council this week that Ault has declined the position. Another candidate was offered the job but turned it down as well because he already had obtained a new position. Council agreed to re-advertise the position with a salary range of $45,000-$55,000.
