Former Napoleon Councilman resigned after harassment allegations

New infor­ma­tion released by the City of Napoleon states that for­mer coun­cil­man Jef­frey Mar­i­hugh was being inves­ti­gated for sex­ual harass­ment reported by three city employ­ees in Novem­ber.
