Defiance Mayor wants to clean up city with clearer codes

Defiance’s Mayor wants to have city council clarify the city codes for nuisances, so they can be better enforced. From animals, homes and sanitation issues, Mike McCann says some of the problems in Defiance can’t be addressed because he says the code is not clear. He wants to “bring clarity” to the code and make changes to clean up problems around the city.
