Authorities have arrested a Toledo homicide suspect who has been on the run for more than a month. U.S. Marshals arrested Marshaun Purley, 18, on Dec. 31 in the 1200 block of Cribb Street in Toledo. He’s one of two people charged in the shooting that killed 19-year-old Jasmine Queen and injured two others. A statement from the U.S. Marshals Service said while members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force spoke with a woman at the home on Cribb, Purley ran out of the back door and away from officers. They caught up to him and found him hiding in snow behind the fence. Another person, 18-year-old Marvin Pettaway, is also charged in Queen’s death and was previously taken into custody. They are both facing numerous charges including aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault, along with various weapons charges.
