Barthel Faces A List Of Charges

Joey Barthel of Wauseon was indicted on one count of abduction, one count of using weapons while intoxicated, and two counts of domestic violence. Prosecutors say this all happened on or about Nov. 3. They added he caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member, and had a firearm while he was drunk. He faces a list of related charges in the case. His trial date is set for early February.
