A motorcyclist is heading down Highway 20, at speed, in LaGrange County. As he approaches the County Road 300 intersection, Truman Ritchie sees five or six horses on the roadway…coming up quick. Ritchie hits the brakes but tells officers he couldn’t avoid hitting the animals. He is in a Ft. Wayne hospital with leg and abdomen injuries. The crash remains under investigation at this hour.
