If you like saving money on school supplies during the tax amnesty day, you’ll get another one this August. The state has renewed the bill to allow shoppers to buy certain school materials without paying state sales tax. The interesting part of the plan was that last year, the state actually made money because shoppers actually spent more on other items when they shopped for school supplies, book bags, textbooks, notebooks and the trust old number 2 pencils. The bill is going to Governor Kasich for his signature.
