Bryan Municipal Utilities gets national recognition for reliability in 2017. It comes from the American Public Power Association, the trade group that represents more than 2,000 not-for-profit, community-owned electric utilities. In 2017, BMU customers averaged less than one electric service interruption lasting more than five minutes.
