A study, approved by the Bryan Board of Public Affairs, will lay the groundwork for the future of Bryan Municipal Utilities’ water services. Utility officials say the project will include an assessment of current municipal wells, the water treatment plant and other BMU infrastructure. The study will be completed by Roger Baker. He has previously worked with various civil engineering and consulting firms.
