Body Found In Garrett

A man is found dead, along the railroad tracks in East Garrett. The body was discovered near Taylor Road. No word if this is a railroad related death…or something else. Detectives are on the case at this hour. DeKalb and Steuben County authorities are working together…trying to figure out what happened. Officials ask if you know anything about this to give area detectives a call.
