Bowersox In Court

Deshler’s police chief was in a Henry County courtroom with a not guilty plea to one count of aggravated possession of drugs. Ryan Bowersox was indicted back in March on three counts of the unauthorized use of the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway. The gateway is an electronic information network for Ohio law enforcement agencies to securely share criminal-justice data. Bowersox was placed on paid administrative leave on March 29 after search warrants were executed at his Hamler home and the police department. The warrants sought stolen guns, steroids and other related evidence.
