Brown Faces Charges

An Edgerton man is indicted in a Defiance County courtroom. 20 year old Jonah Brown is accused of failure to comply with a police officer and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Prosecutors say Brown was seen driving a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He then allegedly failed to comply with a traffic stop, leading Hicksville police officers on a high-speed chase into Indiana, where he was picked up by officers.
